WHAT ARE OUR OPENING HOURS ?

We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.
Our shop is open Monday - Friday  9am - 5pm

WHAT ARE OUR DELIVERY HOURS ?

Normal flower delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Olive & Moss do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

DO WE DELIVER SAME DAY ?

For same day delivery in Sydney, orders must be placed by 11am, Monday - Friday  to guarantee same day delivery excluding Public Holidays.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

The delivery fee is based on the suburb of delivery, these are listed on our website.

WHAT AREAS DO WE DELIVER TO?

Olive & Moss deliver throughout the greater Sydney area. Click here to view a full list of the Sydney suburbs we deliver to.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER OR GIFT DELIVERY?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. All orders to businesses will be delivered by 5pm.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipients front or back door, or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so.
If the gift cannot be left safely, the flowers or gift will be returned to the shop. We shall phone the recipient and arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
Additional charges may apply.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?

Olive & Moss will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, we will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Olive & Moss is unable to accept any responsibility for such loss. It is the customer's obligation to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We will take every effort possible to realistically put in place any changes to your order, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery.
